Opportunity Manor Inc. is continually searching for talent to provide the best services to our consumers.  The Organization offers a variety of jobs, ranging from full-time site supervisors to part-time support staff, all based on availability.  The most common job opening is for part-time direct care staff; titled Assistant Consumer Support Staff.    ACSS employees are responsible for providing direct care services to our consumers, ensuring vulnerabilities are not violated and the consumer is living their life as independently as possible   A list of basic job requirements can be found under the ‘FAQ’ tab through this website.

Employee Training

Opportunity Manor Inc. prides itself on offering an extensive training program for all new employees, which is well received throughout the Saint Cloud community. All new employees go through an intensive two-week training program, preparing an employee with everything needed for providing direct care services.

The training is taught by a variety of professionals to ensure important aspects of the job are covered in detail, respective to each professional’s area of expertise. Through this training, the employee will also receive his or her CPR and First Aid certifications to ensure compliance with regulations and to provide consumer safety.


Internships

Opportunity Manor Inc. offers internships at our main office for those studying in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Business, Gerontology, Sociology, Social Responsibility, Community Psychology, RN/LPN, Child & Adult Program Degree, Social Work, Accounting, Human Resources, and other Human Services related fields.
Interns will be accepted based on availability, qualifications, and requirements. All interns will hold a part-time direct care position within the company. The remainder of the internship will be done with the specified departmental supervisor at the main office. Please contact Human Resources for additional information.
